Upon arrival, proceed through immigration, collect your luggage at the baggage carousels, and pass through customs. You will enter the International Reception Lobby (IRL). Follow signs to the Exits/Greetings Area to the right, where your chauffeur will be waiting with an iPad displaying your name. If you can't find your driver, contact the provided phone number for assistance.

Failure to do so may result in a 'no show,' and the trip will be billed accordingly.
